Always appreciate the little things, because in the end you realize they were the big things.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado. I have earned a Masters Degree in Social Work from Denver University (1992) and a post-graduate certificate in Marriage & Family Therapy from the Denver Family Institute (2009).
I specialize in the areas of parenting, families, couples, twenty-somethings, people going through divorce and people wanting to keep their sanity and sense of humor through the various stages of life.
I view therapy as a form of teaching and I teach from real-life experience as well as professional training. I combine my personal life experiences with years in the fields of social work, therapy and parent coaching to guide you to learn new tools and coping strategies. My goal is to get myself fired as your therapist because you've accomplished what you set out to do in therapy.
I aim to help you find peace.
